RECORDING NOTICE

Please note that during this event, we may record video, audio or still images (the “Materials”). By entering the event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of the Materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. If you see a photo you wish to have removed please contact us at hello@tinygrooves.nl.

Accordingly, you are consenting to photography, audio recording, video recording of your image and voice and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Tiny Grooves and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Tiny Grooves events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Tiny Grooves.

You release Tiny Grooves, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, representatives, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times.

  • Groups consisting solely of adults are not permitted. Each family may bring a maximum of 3 children per accompanying adult. For larger gatherings involving more than two families, please ensure there is at least one adult for every two children present.

  • Every individual in your party must possess a ticket, including non-walking infants (their ticket is free of charge).

  • Tiny Grooves is not a typical children’s party, we play music adults love, spanning the techno genre. We don’t play “children’s music” or current chart toppers. Our professional DJs are not focused on direct interaction with the crowd, but on delivering the amazing sets they would at their usual parties and festivals.

  • Our events involve standing and dancing, with seating available in limited capacity. Strollers are not allowed on the dance floor, so for parents with babies, we recommend wearing them in a carrier.

  • We may capture photographs or film brief segments of the event. By attending, you consent to the potential use of these materials for our promotional purposes and waive rights to any payments or royalties. More information below.

  • Allergy advice: Latex balloons may be present. Food vendors at the venue may offer food containing nuts.out your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.
